The Campus Diversity Liaisons (CDLs) are members of the leadership team of each college or business unit. They put the university's IDEA strategy into action at the college and unit level. The CDLs are also networked into the Office of the CDO and they come together to share best practices, brainstorm solutions, and build their competencies in IDEA work. H.A.N.D. (Helping Advancement Nurture Diversity) was formed to create and foster a culturally inclusive environment. H.A.N.D. holds quarterly meetings with invited speakers, bi-monthly Culture Club meetings, and has sponsored trainings for Advancement employees.
